Reframing

As in putting a positive spin on something.

1. No one expects us to win on Saturday so we can't lose - if you see what I mean.

2. If Dyer doesn't go to world cup then it means we may hold on to him. (Would help if he stayed fit like)

3. Bellamy might be back for Everton and raring to go.

4. Er.........

5. Um.

6. Can't think of any more.

Every time I've seen the Toon play in London this season we've won, and I'll be there Saturday. Oh, there was Fulham, mind you. But apart from that, we've always won when I've been there. Er, forgot Charlton. But my premise still stands, sort of. Actually, just amend that to 'we've always won at Highbury this season when I've been there with Pete Miller.' Eh, just remembered, Pete's not going on Saturday. Oh f..k it.

LOL! BTW thought of something else to cheer myself up - we get go ahead for the Academy. Got to be a good thing.

As for Dyer - give him some milk of magnesia, he'll be alright.

Terry, I've been trying to work out the common denominator for winning in London. Can't be me, cos I was at Fulham and Chelsea (Worthless). Can't simply be the presence of us both, cos we were both at Fulham. As was Gav. Screacher wasn't at the Spurs game so he's obviously not the lucky link. It's a bit like that game of MAstermind with the coloured pegs. By not turning up on Saturday we should be able to narrow down the scientific reasons for our results further. Since I suspect we'll lose without me there, I reckon the lucky combination for a London away win is both of us in the away end. (Hopefully that'll guarantee some tickets for next season ;- )) )
