I have a Philips DV710 that I'm using with a projector and a home made VCD for a village show. When I start the DVD player I get the Philips DVD logo (Start Screen) Displayed. Is there any way of removing it.

look around on the internet..some dvd players are"hackable" or also known as "firmware upgradeable" and will allow you to remove the scrren and also to make your own custom screens.but not all dvd players do this.
