I am looking to gain insight from someone (expert/consultant) who is currently or has recently provided consulting or implementation help for a comapny who is testing differnt types of compensation plans for HPWS.

I have read several books on HPWS and other teams, and it seems that most authors are unwilling to committ to any certain form of compenstion for a team enviroment.

Are there new or cutting edge ways to compensate teams?
