Up to now he's been the overpriced flop who is just so grateful for the chance to prove himself with a big club. Now he realises that he is in fact in a one-man team and he is the one man. I'm worried about the effect of all this on his enthusias

Hmmmmmmmm- not sure about that. His committment to the club is obvious in the way he plays. He's grateful to Bobby for buying him after a dismal time at Cov. He just always looks like he's loving it to me.

I would argue that he is 'the very astute Bobby Robson buy that has flourished in a talented and supportive environment and made good'. He will only get better and as Bobby builds up his highly skilled and pacey young team Bellamy will go on to great things!! Wait till him Dyer and Jenas start bonding and watch him go. Remember the movement between him and Dyer (both Leeds games) oh for more of that right now.

That's it - give Dyer and Jenas time to form a partnership and we could be onto something very special.

Injuires aside we could have the best team of youngsters around.

I'm not sure he has any other settings than "shit-or-bust-for-90- minutes"....hopefully.

He's been a major factor this season, but the same could be said of Robert. Both have been absolute godsends. As far as a one-man team goes, we did take Arsenal apart the other day (ok, we didn't win) and beat them at their place while he was enjoying an early shower. I'd be more concerned with injuries to Robert AND Bellamy, while Dyer is getting back to fitness (again).
