Nikon sb-50 flash has a diffuser that diffuses the built-in flash of the camera,what's good with this? Does or will canon make similar equipment?

It's for ultra wide angle lenses, 14mm or so depending on the flash. I know the 550EX has one but not sure about other Canon flashes. Canon's site should list it in the specs.

The 540EZ has a flip-down diffuser which takes you (in theory) to 18mm coverage. The 550EX one which takes you (again in theory) to 17mm.
