I guess that was our bubble bursting then. (:o(Morning after, and usually by now my natural optimism will have battled its way back to the surface. Not this morning, it`s still wallowing around in the pit of my stomach. I was getting really excited about the replay at Arsenal, but now I just feel filled with dread.
Oh good - it`s raining again.

Just checked my ebay account, and discovered that I now have a blue star after my name (for my 100th transaction) - do you think it is a sign that all is not lost? (:o|

It was YBR's & Dabs's 100th. matches (for the Toon) y'day, Galaxy - judge for yourself ;-)

We've had a much better season than most expected and to have been in the title race until March is something few expected at season start. We are still in with a good chance of a CL place and an excellent chance of a EUFA place. Plus we are in the last 5 of the cup and may go futher. We have a great squad full of young improving players and have just acquired Jenas who looks like top quality. The future looks bright.
Yes I'm p*ssed off about the Ipswich match as well. :-)

If that's the same fat lady who sat in front of me on the Metro this morning then she was also industriously picking her nose :-O

Galaxy - are you a buyer, a seller, or both? And is that 100 transactions or 100 bits of nice feedback? I'm up to about 33!
-- Anonymous, March 18, 2002
Dan - that 133 positives (101 from unique users). Buying and selling - mostly bears and antique textiles. (:o)

now I just feel filled with dread. It's always nice to hear about the wonderful friendships that this forum has helped bring into existence, but I do feel we ought to be spared this level of detail.

Jonno - I'll bear that in mind next time I feel the need to mention I've:
come across a bit of a softie
got my mouth around a Bud
munched on a galaxy
and definitely if I've:
spent the night in the buff.

Thanks dan! I've just spluttered coffee all over my keyboard as the boss walked in!

My boss just asked why i've gone into hysterical laughter. Good job he's got a sense of humour. Nice one Dan. :-D

Well there you go! I give a straightforward answer to a straightforward question and look what happens! (;o)

I suppose if I told you I`d mated my cat, I`d get a few raised eyebrows too.(;o)Actually that is old news now - kittens due on the 23rd, so if I post that I `had kittens` during the replay, you can assume that it is not just a figure of speech. At the moment she looks as though she has swallowed a football - and I keep thinking she will explode any minute (which, incidentally, brings us right back to the title of this thread!(:o)

Congratulations - so, does this make you a Grandma?Take a little advice from someone experienced in these matters - stay away from the soggy end!
-- Anonymous, March 18, 2002
Well! I hardly think your pussy is a suitable topic for discussion here either, to be perfectly frank with you.:-)
-- Anonymous, March 18, 2002
If it does Clarky, then I`m a Grandma many times over! This is my fourth litter of kittens and I`ve also delivered two litters of puppies. First litter in five years though, and I`m quite looking forward to it - it`s quite fascinating watching them develop. The timing was particularly bad though. Kittens eh! Who`d have `em! (;o)
-- Anonymous, March 18, 2002
Jonno - you are just plain wicked! (:oO

>>Kittens eh! Who`d have `em!I think Dougal manages it most games! ;-)
