Lolo speaks: Like a grown-up, I've been training on my own

1. After two league defeats, you have no choice, you have to take maximum points from the home match against Ipswich.

It's true, there's no more room for error. We played well against Arsenal last week and if we play the same sort of football, we should see off Ipswich. We have to approach each of our remaining matches with a real will to win.

2. What have you been working at this week?

We had two days on rest on Tuesday and Wednesday, but even so, I trained on my own - working on endurance and abdos. I worked alone because I knew I needed it so, like a grown up, I did it.

3. Are you doing this extra work so you finish the season with a bang?

I know there aren't a lot of matches left and I really want to give my all until the end of the season. I don't want to have any regrets.

4. Chelsea beat Tottenham 4-0 during the week, meaning that they are only six points behind you? Are you starting to look behind you?

You can look behind you and ahead of you. We shouldn't forget that we are six points behind the leaders, Man Utd. There's everything still to play for. To avoid bad surprises, we have to focus on our own football before worrying about the results of other people's games. If we don't do this, everything may go to the wall. You shouldn't get too caught up mentally when you play football.

5. What will the team be?

It's pretty much the same as usual, apart from Dyer who will probably return. Bellamy's still injured.

"Are you doing this extra work so you finish the season with a bang?" Has there been a ban on sex during the season then?

That would explain the build up in his supplies on the airplane.

I gather his wife isn't a resident of this parish at the moment so I suppose he has lots of spare time...

Spot on Laurent bonny garcon. In fact our theme from now until the end of the season should be "je ne regret rien!"
