You can look behind you and ahead of you. We shouldn't forget that we are six points behind the leaders, Man Utd. There's everything still to play for. You shouldn't get too caught up mentally when you play football.

It's pretty much the same as usual, apart from Dyer who will probably return. Bellamy's still injured.
