This sounds good! Has anyone doubled or tripled this recipe? I want to use it to feed 35 people. Do you think it would work? Best Wishes.

You can make this to feed 2 or 102. One of the great things about this recipe. I have made it for 2 and I have made it for a church dinner for 100. Happy cooking!

Karen, the recipe turned out great! I served it with Easter dinner and everyone loved it. I put it together the night before and threw it in the oven the next morning and it came out beautifully. Thanks for sharing!
