The second goal was amazing, I'd have liked Andy Gray to have done one of his analysis bitson Veira. He is just in the oppositoin half and is being hassled by three Deportivo players, all very Acuna like. Eventually he loses out and a Spaniard gets the ball and moves across the half way line. Viera doesn't appear inthe picture chasing him. The ball gets to the edge of the box and is pinged around a few times and still Viera hasn't appeared to help. Eventually it comes to a player near him and again he is easily beaten. Ball eventually ends up in net. Yet another French midfielder who won't track back ?!

And they'll be telling us that goal was only from a lucky deflection, no skill or penetration whatsoever.

Same nakka commented that he'd 'like to see more of that' when an arse player went in with his studs showing, and caught the guy he went at on the side of the knee.

It seems to me that with the arrival of Arsehole Whinger and his bad boys to Highbury that they have, slowly but surely, crept up on and now passed the Manure in being the club we leas want to see succeed.

It seems like Fergy is a more likeable manager (and comments made just the other day certainly help his situation) or is he trying to bring back some of the unpopular vote to his favour in the run in to the title, when, we will clearly see a battle between Arse and Manure.

This, of course, depends on whether Arse truly have the strengh in depth we all credit them for. After seeing Saturday and Tuesday performances I truly hope that the Arse players are getting so tired that they will be unable to play after they return from Turin.

Nah, any side winning other than NUFC annoys me. Arsenal annoy me just as much as ManU because they've become the new Chelsea - i.e. celebrity fans clamouring to associate themselves with an up and coming London club.

Taggart just says any sort of crap that will, intentional or not, end up in the papers. Robson says the same sort of complimentary stuff about other sides (even Reyd). Means nowt I reckon.
