Traveling down New York Avenue this morning at about 05:33. Florida Avenue, me and a fella behind me were in the intersection as the light turned red. Camera flash was visible.

Fella behind me was in a white Ford, Bronco or Expidition, with temporary Virginia tags.

My excuse will be it was unsafe to stop on the yellow because he was travelling too close and I was attempting to not cause an accident. Ask about the car behind if I get tagged.
