Where can I find information about the History of Psychology in Japan? Are there any reliable internet sources?

As far as I can find out, there is nothing on the net in English. But contacting someone at: http://wwwsoc.nii.ac.jp/jpa/index-e.html might produce some general information. I also heard that a group of older psychologists is now preparing a general history of psychology publication. I can provide you with some e-mail addresses if you're interested. I know one of them have written something in English in Annual Review sometime ago.

You might check the book chapter in Virginia Sexton & Henryk Misiak, Psychology Around the World (Brooks-Cole 1976) which has some historical information and references. You might also check Asian psychology, Murphy, Gardner, 1895- comp.;Murphy, Lois Barclay,; 1902- ; joint comp. New York, Basic Books 1968
