Everton

If ever there was a club ripe to be 'reborn' then it's them. A bit of cash and some imagination and they could be massive. They have the support and the history. But why are they run so badly?

They are getting a new ground which may help but I think they have fallen into a Dalglish-like buy e, cheap, pile em high sort of pattern.

They've had a lot of injuries to be fair, missing three strikers for most of the season is always tough.

To be fair they started off really well, then their lack of depth caught up with them and they fell apart.

Impatient supporters don't help as well.

They have real Man City type fans, though.... Think that their success in the 80s guarantees them big club status forever.

And they absolutely hate us lot with a passion. Big chips on their shoulders - the makems of Merseyside.

I would LOVE to see Everton go down, they've deserved it several times over the past few years and have escaped by the skin of their teeth (and possibly by cheating one year). Besides, it's always good to have some big clubs in the lower divisions, keeps things interesting, and with Man City & Wolves probably coming up Div 1 could be losing a couple.
