Peter Chung's Alexander project - what happened?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Aeon Flux : One Thread

Dear everyone,

I'm a big fan, and so was anticipating his work on 'Alexander'. The site: www.alexander-ani.com (i think) is pretty, but useless for updates. Can't find anything else for news on completion, release, dvd, anything... Can anyone help?

If not, cheers anyway. ps: are there going to be more aeon dvds? There should be.

To sort of answer your Aeon DVD question...

I doubt MTV would put out any more DVD's of Aeon Flux. Aeon Flux didn't have the buzz about it like it did in the past. Besides they first DVD wasn't authored very well.

I hear that. The Flux DVD is probably the worst DVD I have ever seen. Content wise it's great, obviously, but they put no effort into making the DVD whatsoever. It doesn't even have a menu for God's sake. I mean, even the cheapest, shoestring budget porn DVDs have menus. Come to think of it, I don't think it says anywhere what is actually on the DVD. Least of all what order the episodes appear in. I wish they had just put out one DVD with everything on it. God knows it would have fit the way they do it.
