New M7 on Ebay, from Germany...

Gents:

Er, I don't know how you will react to this but now, you have 6 days left to buy a black M7

Look at Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1338279409

And I thought the M7 was to hit the shops in a few months.

Waht a world, eh? Xavier d'Alfort.

It may have been the same seller that had the 28mm Summicron on ebay way before they were available in the US.

Hello Xavier. The M7 .. a brilliant fusion of Leica's traditional past with the "present" all in the same body. As a Leica M user I sincerely wish for the success of this newly marketed albeit more expensive model. Regards.

I predict this will be the most exepensive M7 sold for the next few years.

it's a bit weird that they don't state the magnification and still people bid for it!

Look at the bid history, I think there are a few Leica Digest contributors bidding there.

Just in case you haven't all meant this above, I think that some wise guy out there simply wants to know what everybody today is willing to pay in order to get one. Maybe the colour is black, maybe the mag is the 0.72, as visible in that photo. Who knows?
