I put a pack of oriental style ramen noodles into a large latte cup. Add sliced green onion, celery and broccolli head. Shave some carrot into it and mix in one egg. Add the water and any other seasonings I want with the bullion and nuke it for three minutes to make sure the egg cooks. Sorta like "radioactive egg drop soup". I like topping it with a little pizza cheese. Tasty, filling and quick.

Jay, In Hawaii, they have a dish called saimen (sighmen). It is the ramen noodles cooked and any handy vegies mixed in and also a small amount of meat. It is also quick, and easy, and tasty, and cheap. Never thought about adding an egg, I will have to try that.
