Just wondering - haven't seen it for ages. And Bass on draught has gone too? And even Ex is getting rare? Which is the best proper pub left in Newcastle do you think?

Haymarket usually has more traditional pubs - Percy Arms is ok, and the 3 Bulls...erm...that's it. Oh, Strawberry and Newcastle Arms.

Best proper pub in Newcastle...there's that one with the big windows down off the Bigg Market. Never remember it's name.

Crown Prasada or Pasada - Can't remember but I think that's the one you mean - really long and very, very narrow. I'm more of a Fosters/Carling man myself like :)
