Bitrate for vcd is audio & vdo together =244 +1150=1394Kbps, so if a vcd is created with 1300kbps viedeo & 94kbps audio, will it play on all cd players ?

I know that a standard for making compatible vcd is 1150kbps viedeo & 244kbps audio. But suppose if I creat a vcd with 1300kbps viedeo & 94kbps audio can it play on all cd players , as the total bit rate is same..?? --MaheshMahajan

The bit rate for audio and video under VCD is fixed at 224 and 1150. You can deviate like you suggested, but if you deviate, you have made what is called a XVCD. This does not conform to VCD standards. Usually players that play VCDs will play XVCDs if they don't differ too much, but will it play in ALL players? I wouldn't go that far. There's probably some weird player out there that won't play XVCD at all, but typically most players that play VCD on CD-R support XVCD so you'll probably be OK. I just won't guarantee you that you won't find a player somewhere that won't play it.
