I'm not surprised about it because of the recent interest in Kurt Cobain's involvement with Earth from the "Sunn Amps And Smashed Guitars" reissue. The article in Rolling Stone surely has alot to do with this.

Basically, it seems now is the time to reissue "Extra-Capsular Extraction" and Sub Pop must realise that.

I'm certainly happy about it, especially for those who haven't got/heard it. I expect they'll reissue it as a jewelcase version, which is good. I'd love a good quality heavy vinyl reissue also, but it's unlikely, from Sub Pop anyway. A certain label is trying to get permission to do it, and all being well, they will.

What next? A reissue of the "Bureaucratic Desire For Revenge" video? I doubt it, but it's a thought. A CD-ROM of it on the "Extra- Capsular Extraction" reissue is certainly an idea, but unlikely.

I'm pleased to say that I was completely wrong about Sub Pop not doing a vinyl reissue...
