I don't know how the "mutant colors" thing got started, But did you know the the original poodles were all Parti-colored and bred by the Germans. It was the French that started breeding them in solid colors, and that's how they got the reputation of being "French Poodles". Never written to this before,just read it, I hope it goes through:)
