Believe it or not I have never ate domestic rabbit till tonight. Wow, it was excellent. Breaded it like fried chicken. DH and son loved it. My daughter wouldnt even try it, she says I am sick in the head. LOL

It's a start. Kinda hard to sell meatrabbits if you won't eat the meat. Now you know why some people would rather eat rabbit than any other white meat. BTW, if you really want to gross out daughter, tell her my favourite part of a fryer is the liver.:-) Sandra

The liver is truly excellent! My hubby will look into the cage where we grow out our fryers and say, "Grow them livers, babies! Grow them livers!" :-)
