It's only half time and they're doing 2 goals better than us already ! Who else is this Derby giantkillers team playing before the end of the season. Liverpool too I hope.

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

Do we play them?

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

Derby haven't had a shot yet

Henry missed a sitter apparently.

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

we play them :-(

Before the Man U game a Derby man was looking at their fixtures and said "we were unlucky at SJP so we should be comfortable with Newcastle at Home"

Rob Lee's gone of injured. No mention on bbc's text commentary of the nature of the injury

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

Or even gone off

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

I forgot we had to play them too! Well, their luck can't hold out forever, but another half an hour would be good.

It's bollox relating how well teams played in one fixture to how they'll play in another. We lost to Spurs at home (quite comfortably) but beat them away, quite comfortably in the end.

Derby got beaten 1-0 at home to Liverpool. I think that was when Liverpool were well ahead in the table and the Scousers were singing, "You're going down with United".

Arsenal 1-0 Luck ran out Arsenal top

Bastard Pires. Did he skin Wozza?

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

Well the bassas are losing now. Pires just scored. Cmon Derby get yer fingers out!!!!

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

Howay, man, Bolton: you're better than getting beaten off the Makems...

It's looking increasingly like we don't have to worry about Villa nicking our European spot....

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

No mention of Wogsy on bbc:

Goal by Robert Pires (Arsenal) right-footed (low centre of goal) from centre of penalty area (18 yards).Arsenal 1-0 Derby. Assist (pass) by Dennis Bergkamp (Arsenal) from right channel

C'mon Derby

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

This Arsenal team are getting scarily close to resembling the double team of 1998. Thank Gawd we are playing them in the qfs.

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

Why....so we can go out to them now rather than wait til May? ;-)

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

Pretty much so, Ciara...;)

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

Ah well, I really didn't want to go to Wales anyway. ;-)

-- Anonymous, March 05, 2002

It's got to be said, like, apart from Owen, England's striking hopefuls aren't exactly covering themselves in glory at the moment..

Ooh, Cole has just scored.
