My Mac made VCD skips when played on PCs

I have an imac and recently finished my "masterpiece" using imovie. I used Toast Titanium to convert it into a VCD. The finished product was excellent and the VCD plays perfectly on my mac. But when I play it on a pc (using Quicktime, which is what I use on the mac), it skips and plays crappy. I thought the format was universal...what gives?

Quicktime on a PC is an incredible resource pig, and requires huge amounts of processor time to do anything. Best not to use it for anything other than it's native format.

Get a program like PowerDVD, WinDVD, Media Player Classic, etc. to play VCDs on a PC. Even dragging the AVSEQ1.DAT file from the VCD to Windows Media Player 9 will work.
