Bobby on the radio earlier was saying he was having a scan and seeing the specialist this week. NO chance for Satda, I would expect him to have a game or 2 for the resorves before he returns like Cort has.

If he's anywhere near fit for Saturday he should start. Otherwise we're out. No Bellamy, no Dyer, no Jenas = no chance. We're playing the best team in the country remember and if we're honest with ourselves we ain't going to win the league. Saturday's game is the most important of the Season.

It seems the Ipswich game is a more realistic bet for KD's return, even if he get's the all-clear from the Specialist today.

Interestingly, there is also presss peculation this morning that CB's injury is improving rapidly and that surprisingly he also might not be out for too much longer.

If both reports are true, it shows we're learning. By picking up these injuries early it looks like we might have dramatically reduced their effect and the number of games out. Out injury record is excellent this season. I wonder whether the early diagnosis is a side effect of a better, more rigorous fitness monitoring scheme? If so they some plaudits are overdue.
