Sir Bobby

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

Heard it said on 5 Live tonight by numerous fellow football colleagues that Bobby is the favourite and most deserving candidate for 'Manager of the Year'. Without doubt the most rational and sensible thing I have heard from the voices of football for ages. It makes me proud to be a member of the Geordie Nation, whey Hexham if truth be told but dyed in the wool if ya kna what a mean.

He'll not get it unless we win something.

Where in Hexham Keith?

Keith Rowell. Lived in Burswell Avenue, West End of Hexham until I was 17. Left home to go into Merchant Navy as a Navigating Cadet with Hunting and Son of Newcastle (lasted 2 years). Still had a merchant fleet back in 72. Have lived in Kent for 20 odd years now. Manage a supported Housing Scheme for 16-25 year old single homeless lads and lasses. See as many games as I can down here and occasionally have managed to get a ticket at st James this season.
