What are some good cut-and-paste software or sites that are commonly used by commercial and graphic artists?

Hi Gene,

I am not sure I understand what you mean by cut-and-paste software or sites... What is it that you would like to do?

My wife is actually a graphic artist and does a lot of work in this area with and without computers. I am sure that she or I could send you in the right direction if you can give me some other information.
