Republican Political Meeting in my Yard!

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unk's Troll-free Private Saloon : One Thread

I have been at home working on the puter. I got up and looked out the far window and there were 28 wild turkies. The leading tom was there; we call him Tom Delay ;o))).

If you haven't seen them, they are impressive birds.

The other day, one of the cats decided to carry-out a frontal assault on 4 of them. I rescued him before he was pecked into a pile of protoplasm. Yep, never mess with turkies.

Best Wishes,,,,

The plural of turkey is turkeys. Not turkies.

Yeah, I know, but not in Missouri. You learn a new culture and a new language. It has taken a while but it has taken.

Of course we don't take Republicans lightly. We spell different but we can still smell the odor. ;o)))

Z, your comments seem exagerated and "over the top". I think maybe you're just trying to stay on Anita's good side, so that she doesn't kick your ass (figuratively speaking).

Peter, in Missouri, that's "whup yer ass".
