Twister

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

This one's been doing the rounds but in case you haven't seen it yet, it's a very clever optical illusion.

Try to see what's wrong with the picture. It's hard to get it at first, but after a while it becomes obvious. In time you also get suggestive sound-effects, so it helps to have the volume cranked right up.

What's Wrong?

Finally one for thickies like me that never 'got' anything more than a headache from the usual optical illusion thingies you're supposed to hold up to your nose(or something). :-D

The can never get optic illusion when I ask for a double malt, watch them fill it up, and then try and work out why it barely covers the bottom of the glass.

As for staring at chair legs.........haven't a bliddy clue :-P

Give it time Lollypop and Pete. Usually takes two or three minutes before it clicks.

I nearly pooed meself! Who was the b*gger who told me to turn the volume up?!!

-- Anonymous, March 04, 2002

Mea culpa.

-- Anonymous, March 04, 2002

No wonder I didn't 'get it' when I looked at work with the sound switched off!

Here's another one:

Again, turn up the volume (loud)

You will all know what's coming now, but send it to people who don't know what it is
