New Delta 400 - Recommended Developer/Times for Push Processing

greenspun.com : LUSENET : B&W Photo - Film & Processing : One Thread

I would like to try the new Delta 400 at E.I.s ranging from 800 to 1600. Does anyone have any experience pushing this film? Can you recommend a developer and perhaps a time which I could use as a starting point? I currently use Microphen with both HP5+ and D3200. I would prefer to not use Xtol, I think it's a great developer but I understand it will soon become available in only the 5 l. packages and I just don't want to deal with that much quantity. Any other comments on what to expect would be appreciated. Thanks.

The real speed in Tetenal's (two bath) Emofin @ 68 degrees for 7 minutes is between 640 and 800 for me. This is the best combo I have been able to find... The other added advantage is the compensating effect of the 2 baths...

Does anyone know if Tetenal's (two bath) Emofin can be obtained in the UK, and if so, where?
