greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unk's Troll-free Private Saloon : One Thread

How about a indulging in a little frivolity and letting everyone know your picks for the Oscars?

Here are mine:

Picture - Lord of the Rings

Director - Altman, Gosford Park (this will be a bit of a lifetime achievement thing)

Actor - Denzel Washington, Training Day

Supp Actor - Jon Voight, Ali

Actress - Renée Zellweger, Bridget Jones Diary (it's about time someone won for doing a comedy!)

Supp Actress - Jennifer Connelly, A Beautiful Mind

Adapted Screenplay - A Beautiful Mind

Original Screenplay - The Royal Tenenbaums (just 'cuz I think Wes Anderson is one of the freshest minds in Hollywood).

Regards
