Welcome one and all! I've been enjoying surfing the net for a number of years now and I thought it was about time I had my own site. So here it is.

Mental Health is an extremely broad subject, and I suppose what I would like this forum to attempt to do is to DEFINE exactly what Mental Health is. Easy peasy, right?

Please, please, please respect other posters. I would like the forum to be a space where people can speak honestly about their experiences and voice their opinions without any fear of stigmatisation or ridicule. BUT on the other hand I do want this to be fun! I'm sure you're all lovely people so you'll know when to tease and when to back off.

If people feel the need, I may make this a private forum, but I fear I'm getting ahead of myself! Delusions of grandeur setting in already, I don't know...
