Let me see if i get you right

You want to burn audio into one VCD you also want to burn audio and video into another cd.

yes it can be done but you will need video editing software

For audio only, if it is a VCD you want then you will have to save it as a video w/ say a black colour the length of the audio. This is because you want Video CD. Alternative just hava a plain Audio CD.

VCD with audio and video: Well, it depends what format your videos are in if they are in avi then use
