No I don't think so. I had heard it was only 4 places whatever happened. How many Euro places in total? Is top 6 good enough for Uefa cup?

top 6 is Deffo for Europe, we've got 4 births, 2 for the cups & 2 for postion. The winner of the cup usually gets automatic entry & even in the days of the European cup proper (not league) the winner of the trphy got automatic entry and if they also won their league, the runners up got into the European Cup - remember days of Liverpool v Nott'm Forest in the EC semi final.

Yeah, we only get 5 spots if one of our sides wins it but also finished outside of the top 4. In other words, we need to finish in the top 4 whatever happens.

I think Uefa declared before that no country would have more than four teams in the CL, so it's top four or bust. We'll do it.

Are you sure 6th gets a UEFA place? I read somewhere - probably on here - that it was only 5th.

we have 3 Uefa places.. 1 for the Worthy (Blckburn) 1 for the FA Cup and one for the league (5th place). 6th is only UEFA if the FA Cup is won by one of the top 5 teams.... i.e. Us, Arsenal or Chelsea
