Ivan,

I'm not sure how old your Bible is... but I would like to direct your attention to a button on your keyboard, on the far left, towards the middle. It should be labelled "Caps Lock" or something similar. Please push that button. Thank you.

(P.S.--Periods are also excellent ways to distinguish between sentences.)

[Interesting name, "Ivan John" -- more or less "John-John," right?]

Sir, you should open your Bible and look at the first few pages, which ought to tell you about the publication/printing history. Perhaps it will say that you are looking at an 1850 edition, for example.
It is not likely that it was printed in 1698, despite that date being on the cover. I say this because 1698 was the year in which the Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge was founded. The SPCK is still in existence, as its Internet site shows. The partial version of the Bible known as the King James Version was first published in 1611.

God bless you.
John
