LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Video game publisher Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. , plagued by accounting problems and the target of a regulatory probe, said on Thursday it would restate three quarters of its fiscal 2001 results because of math errors.

New York-based Take-Two, which previously restated results for all of fiscal 2000 and the first three quarters of fiscal 2001 because it had overstated revenues, said it would have to restate the last three quarters of fiscal 2001 in an amended annual filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission .
