Is it possible to adapt lenses Leica R from leicaflex SL body to R3 body

Yes. You need to have the 3rd metering cam installed. In the US, Leica USA does the service, and independant repair technicians like Sherry Krauter and Don Goldberg also offer the conversion. I don't know who offers the converion in other countries. After the 3rd metering cam is added, the lenses will be fully usable on any Leicaflex or R body.
