Venice Train Depot

Hello,

I need help. I work for a notable Architect Firm, Stevenson Architect. I am working on the City of Venice Train Depot restoration project. We are in the process of getting our permits for total restoration. I am still looking for any information or persons that can help provide us better pictures from 1927 to 1945 preferably. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. It is important to us at our firm and others who are involved in making this happen, that we be as historicaly correct as we can. Unfortunately what pictures we do have or obtained is from 1960's or later. We have already have gone through the City of Venice archives but we are hoping that someone out there may have that precious picture that would speak volumes of information or can lead us to someone who may have photos of that era.

Any input or help would be of great service in helping preserve the depot. I do believe it is worth our effort to preserve our R.R. heritage. It is essential that we all do our part to preserve for education and generations of it it's time. This is a gem in a rut that needs to come out and shine again.

Thank you for your time.
