Perhaps before blaming all & sundry (no not the legal firm of that name) O'Leary should examine the contents of his own kitbag first.

Mind you, I think I'm different to many on here who seem to loathe the guy. I reckon he's basically a decent man who's prone to (several) errors of judgement. He's only now discovering that successful managing takes more than just trying to impersonate Alex Ferguson and buying shedloads of kets from the corner shop.
