Answers

It periodically drops off the net due to overuse. My understanding is that it's on a free host and the ISP turns off access to it if it gets too much traffic. Usually it's back up in a few days after this happens. If you're looking for the DVD player compatibility list, it is available at other sites and a Web search might find them.

Dunno if this has any relevance to the query, but just as a little trivia, vcdhelp.com is a site in Sweden.

Our site may sometimes be down because we can't afford the best hosting solutions, at the moment do we have huge server problems (win2k servers...)

(vcdhelp.com is not a site in Sweden, I'm from Sweden though)
