I have a Minolta Auto CLE flash. Is there an adapter that can be used to couple it to a M6ttl? (I'm just cheap, and don't want to throw it away :-) )

No. Fully dedicated flash units are not transferrable from one camera to another. Sell it on ebay.

Sort of, you may be able to mount it via a Kaiser adapter and fire it with a pc cord. If the flash is a TTL only unit then you are out of luck.
