Hello am from the univerisity of the west Indies and am wondering how does one determine given a set of X and Y cordinates (Scatter Plot) the best curve. Lets say for simplicity the curve to fit the equation Y = A*X^2 + B*X + C

how does one determine A , B and C. I tried several sites and I could not find it. So am wondering if this is even possible. I need the equations. Am thanks in advance. Yours respectufully Avin Sinanan
