Just thought I'd draw your attention to an article in the SUN -just in case you missed it (not hard to do as it was tucked away on page 9 or something.

John Terry has had his charges upgrade to a crime that has a maximum penalty of life imprisonment, he is also charged with intent on using a bottle as a weapon. This all relates to an incident where a nightclub bouncer was beaten up!!!

Funny how Bellamy made the front and back pages for 2 days for a caution whereas Terry only gets a paragraph. Hmmm could it be a bit of Southern bias???

I think the difference is Bellamy's case was over and done with, it being a minor offence. Am I right in thinking Terry's case will go to court? If so, the paper could get in trouble like the Mirror did, for prejudicing the trial.
