I ordered one (along with one each of his other accessories) off of his website a couple of weeks ago. It took about a week for him to respond, but the stuff did show up promptly once he did. It is a nicely designed item and no, mine is not available ;-).

I made one out of a plastic milk carton.Just cut off the top and bottom of a 1 litre container(milk,oj,etc)and place over the flash,cut a hole so you can see the readout and you have an uncle called Robert....no problems and cheap.
