How do I manage the mailing list for this discussion?

How did you set up a mailing list so that a transaction on this board is notified to all the interested parties?

OK, I knew the answer to this already, although I posted the question.

Basically you go to www.herts-lettings.co.uk/siteadmin, user herts- le, password rkt420m. You go to lists, you will see a list of lists, one of which is smartpart. To add someone just add their email address in the multi-line edit box in front of you. Easy as this.

In setting up a new list you have the option of copying to a list administrator, who must be a user on the herts lettings site, so not very useful here. Also can restrict who can post to the list and who can add users to the list by using majordomo.

The list, once set up can be managed via majordomo. This is veering ever so slightly off topic so I'll stop.
