Adam, I use 3 programs all freeware.I use virtualdub for audio/video lineup and tmpegenc to convert to mpeg format , then I use VCD easy to burn vcds.My only problem with this is that there seems to be a pixel problem.I'm still working on tweaking the settings to see if I can come up with the proper settings.
