What's for Supper?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Country Families : One Thread

Tonight we are having hamburgers on Kaiser rolls with available cheese, tomatoes, pickles, onions and lettuce if it's still good, potato salad and baked beans. Chocolate cake (left from last night, shaped like a heart!) and ice cream for dessert.

Tomorrow we are going for my brother-in-law's 30th birthday, so we'll be eating out. No telling what we'll have! The boys are spending the night with my mom, so they are excited about that!

Our quick dinner this evening is:

Homemade Veggie Soup Sandwiches Chips

Then we plan to scrub all our rugs this evening--not fun--but hopefully we will have clean rugs when we are done.

It's a rerun tonight, but still good: tofu burgers. This time on homemade biscuits.

I've had an incredably busy week so supper last night (I'm late posting!) just me and the kids was Frito chili- I make it as a treat every now and then. We've had some good meals this week though- speghetti and meatballs, chicken pot pie, roast chicken and home made gumbo-yum!
