Valentines - What's on tonight's menu?

So is any one making anything "valentinesy" for super tonight? I'm thinking heart shaped meatloafs for tonight but my family keeps laughing at me!

No, not really other than heart-shaped marshmallows on top of the dessert! We are having homemade ground beef gyros with pita, cuke- garlic sauce, sliced tomatoes & onions. A family favorite! Dessert is layered crushed oreos, pudding, whipped cream with the marshmallows on top. We make our own Valentine's Day cards, too. I'd say go with the heart-shaped meatloafs - they may laugh, but they'll feel special inside that you cared enough to do it! Blessings to you all!

This will win somebody's heart;~] Vand de Kemp's fish and whatever else is quick maybe the rest of the rice burgers. Not tomorrow night, that's a different story

Not too Valentinesy, but special - crab legs, baked potatoes, and asparagus (everything but the baked potatoes a definite splurge!), homemade bread, I may get crazy and bake a heart-shaped cake for dessert. Husband won't care, but the boys will think it's cool!

P.S. It may be an expensive menu, but when you figure it would cost about 5 times as much as I paid for it if we bought out for all four of us, PLUS having to wait an hour for a table with a 5 and 3 year old, it's not so bad!

Heart shaped meatloaf is on the menu plan for tonight, along some Harvard beets and green beans. And a big glass of "valentine milk" (regular milk with a drop of red food coloring. For desert...a layered angel food cake with cool whip and strawberries in between layers and the whole cake frosted with cool whip and extra strawberries. We will also have the obligatory mashed potatoes...but don't worry I don't dye them pink or red...I have to draw the line somewhere. LOL
Happy Valentines Day to all us wonderful homemakers!!!

It was stickey chicken, roasted white and sweet potatoes, roasted cabbage, garlic bread and corn on the cob.
