I'll be there!! Watching from The Metro FM South Stand row 38, seat 0781, right in front of the Rozzers. That's pretty close to where I witnessed the first NUFC victory at the SoS on Monday night. 2 in a couple of weeks would be rather nice ;-)

Just noticed my ticket has *BULK stamped on it. Cheeky barstewards.

Just wondering, `cos there`s a chance Pete and I are going to be up there that weekend. We`re very restricted as to when we can get away at the minute, and having missed out on our 25th Wedding Anniversary in November, I`ve decided to try and squeeze in at least a long weekend away.(:o)

Someone said on here (about 10 days ago, certainly before the Southampton game) that 7 of our next 9 games are to be shown live on TV, is that really the case, i.e. 7 of our next 8?

That is what was reported in the Chronic recently Bud. They estimated an income in excess of £3m I believe. So Jenas is nearly paid for already.

Bud, don't know how it's working for you guys in Singapore, but it's looking virtually certain we that down here in Sydney WON'T be getting any FA CUP games. Other than that you seem to have a fairly list of the run-in.

And just to flesh out ADK's slightly perplexing answer (?!) yep the Sydney clique will naturally be assembling in some hostelry or other at midnight on the 24th to watch us take on the forces of evil.

Though 'watching' may be stretching the truth somewhat, as we're all scheduled to assemble in a different public house eight hours earlier to see off one of our own who heads back to Blighty soon.

In light of that, I'm lobbying hard for the match venue to be the Hampton Court pub in Kings Cross, complete with large screen TV. the fact that it's only approx 45 seconds stagger from my new gaff has nothing to do with my preferences of course !

In my favour is that it's also where we watched Andy O'Brien poke out a leg and earn us a deserved point at the SOS. Going against it is the possibility that those large Maoris will probably still be out looking for Min after last year !!

Past your bed time sonny.

It's been 13 years since I was in Oz. I loved it there. Sometimes I wonder why I came back. Anyway, a question LT: is the Hampton Court just outside KX. If I remember correctly you have to walk across a main road flyover to get there?
Great boozer that.

Out of four season tickets applying we only got one ticket for the game so I won't be there. Ah well just have to pop into my local.

Sorry Bud, as LT kindly pointed out (smart arse!) I was missing a word in my original posting..... just pointing out that most of those games are on TV in the UK, but not necessarily world wide. We're not getting FA Cup games down here as far as I can tell. LT, no preferences for venue, but as Min is no longer down under we don't really need to worry about large Maoris. I'm away most of that week so will leave the decision in the capable hands of your good self and the rest of the Sydney clique (god help us), just make sure you let me know when you've decided.
