Spare Part Maintenance Cleanup

Andy S mentioned that there was a problem with the way that the labour costs were calculated in the sparepartmaintenance forms. Essentially there is a lot of duplicate calculation, which originally omitted the addition of the packing cost. But his view is that there should be a total cost for maintenance stored with each job (or each part of each job - there is a service number attached to each new service record, but a job number - linked to other Ceetak systems - can be repeated. There is no current requirement to sum the total cost of a multi-service job, although this could presumably be fairly easily implemented.

The answers to this should clean up the requirement before looking at the solution.

I agree that we should be very precise on requirements, as much as is feasible anyway. I have briefly looked at spare part maintenance, and cannot casually find the labour costs page. My only memory of a finances page is via the 'log entry' option. Can you point me to the page please.

Meanwhile, I will try to familiarise myself with all the screens.
