Is there anybody that know a good tool that change resolution of AVI's movies???

I use TMPGenc, but it have a little problem : it makes an uncompresed AVI that use lot of space and left me without space on disk

The problem here in not necessarily your video resolution, though it could be if you are encoding files at 640x480 pixels or larger. You say you are getting an uncompressed AVI...? Then go into Setting | Video and make some adjustments in TMPGEnc. Or instead, use VirtualDub and choose Video | Full Processing Mode, then Video | Compression..., select a codec from the panel on the left, choose Configure and setup the compression scheme as you see fit.
