And I've promised to start painting the kitchen, still I haven't really been caught up in the hype this time around. Anyone else feeling this apathetic?

A sense of apathy and evasion seems to have been positively encouraged in the England camp, hence the chagrin of the media.

Could it be that Sven is taking a few tips from wor Bobby?

Given did what he had to do and made it look easy. He's going to the far east. O'Brien played the first 45 and looked good. Russia play a controlled passing game which lacks a real cutting edge however, they pulled the Irish all over the place on occasions. O'Brien coped very well and I'd take him oot there. The manager made seven changes at half time while two up, inc O'Brien - I lost a little interest after than. Not a bad little team the Irish.

That Kilbain(sp?) from Sunlun in my honest opinion was the worst player on the pitch.
